Micnaf (Nafithromycin) is the oral Macrolide antibiotic which in developed by Wockhardt in India. Due to increasing resistance with the existing antibiotics the Nafithromycin is considered as the drug of choice for Anti Microbial Resistance (AMR).
Nafithromycin is 10 times more effective as compared to Azithromycin. Nafithromycin is launched in November 2024 in India and the trials were conducted in the prestigious hospitals across India. Nafithromycin targets community acquired bacterial pneumonia mainly caused by drug resistant bacteria. It is therefore recommended to use the Nafithromycin under the supervision of the Physician or Intensivist.

Ibrutinib is used in the treatment of blood cancer (chronic lymphocytic leukemia) and mantle-cell lymphoma. It is also used in chronic lymphocytic leukaemia who have received at least one prior therapy or with 17p deletion.
